Since being in Mozambique, I have felt and been reminded of God's promises to us that he will love us unconditionally many times:
I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself. Jeremiah 31:3 [NLT]
The unfailing love of the LORD never ends! By his mercies we have been kept from complete destruction. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each day. Lamentations 3:22-23 [NLT]
Wow! What amazing promises, God will ALWAYS love us, He will protect us, He will be merciful to us, He will be faithful.
Sometimes in each day of life it is easy to forget that we have an amazing Father God who is cheering for us, and who wants the best for us. The distractions of life hinder us from being faithful all the time, but Our God is always faithful!
As you go about your Monday my prayer is you will know how much you are loved by God and how precious you are to Him.
Dear Father, Thank you for your faithfulness to us and your unconditional love, help us to know how special we are, and to always be aware of your love for us. Amen
